Two major repairs were done on my car. One was in June, 2026 and the other in August, 2026. My experience with this company is EXCELLENT! I would never go to another car repair shop . A special bonus is the hotel like environment in a beautiful building. And their prices are very competitive.

I would like to say that I had the best experience with Gold Coast Transmissions Adam was amazing very transparent he let me know what I needed and got me together In 24 hours and back on the road. The price was very affordable considering literally having a bad Sitton a short amount of time and he took care of me. The ship is beautiful too and clean and very welcoming for a transmission shop. I’ll be back to get more work done. I like this place thanks you Adam you are awesome

I had a great experience with Gold Coast!! I brought in my 91 Toyota Land Cruiser to diagnose and repair an issue that literally no one else could figure out with my reverse lights and gear indicator system. They were able to identify the problem, make the necessary repairs, and get everything working properly again. What impressed me most was their professionalism, communication, and willingness to help!! They took the time to explain what they found, answered my questions, and treated me with respect throughout the process. In an industry where it can be difficult to find people you trust, their honesty and customer service really stood out. I’ve dealt with a lot of businesses over the years, and the team at Gold Coast Transmission is among the best. They did exactly what they said they would do, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. I can't say enough about this place, From the moment I walked in Adam put me at ease. He kept me informed every step of the way and helped me with my claim process. Everyone is amazing .Big Red is back on the road again. This is the place to go if you have any problem with your vehicle. Adam took me and showed the shop area and i have never seen such a clean place. Love this place

My experience was beyond terrible. I brought my vehicle to Gold Coast for a rear-end noise. They diagnosed it as needing a complete rebuild with all new parts so I approved on the price and agreed terms of my unit being rebuilt with all new parts. Instead, they installed a used/junkyard unit without my approval and never made me aware. When I questioned why the rear end looked different before leaving the facility—it was freshly painted with junkyard markings—Vinnie claimed the axle assembly was easier to rebuild on a bench. This made no sense since Vinnie had previously shown me the damage while the axle was still in the truck, with its internals 90% disassembled on a workbench (photos attached). I had to leave for work at that moment, but I still felt uneasy, so I called Vinnie back to express my concerns. He said he would look into it and get back to me. Vinnie called back and explained that the technician who worked on my vehicle was fired, and no one quality-checked the work before I picked it up. The third story was that the new parts were on backorder, and someone made an executive decision to install a used/junk rear end instead. Vinnie, the manager, was fully aware of
